This is a one woman shop, I , Crystal Scott handle every aspect of the ordering and creation process and will be with you every step of the way. Once an order is placed, I will mail out an introductory packet with a few simple design related questions and a small container with a postage paid return envelope. Only a tiny portion of your loved one's ashes are needed to create a Remembrance Glass Art piece, approximately 1/4 of a teaspoon for each piece. Please place your answers to the questions and the container in the postage paid envelope and return it to me. Once your package is received, I will get started with color selection options and we will schedule the free 30 minute phone consultation where we will ensure that you love the colors and design styles before your custom Remembrance Glass Art is created. Your loved one's cremains will be handled with the utmost reverence and care. Any remaining will be returned to you along with your Remembrance Glass Art.
